Return and Refund Policy
1. This product is sold as a final sale with no returns or refunds accepted. The reason for this is:
- We ship from overseas and reverse shipping it typically prohibitively expensive.
- We cannot sell used mouthguards for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Non receipt of product
- Receipt of incorrect product (different from what was ordered)
3. Missing or Partial Delivery Claims
- In cases where a customer reports missing items or partial delivery, clear photographic evidence is required to investigate the claim. This includes photos of the outer shipping package, the shipping label, and the items received.
- Claims submitted without packaging and label evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we are unable to verify the issue with the carrier or warehouse.
- This requirement is necessary to ensure accurate investigation and to prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Replacement Orders
- In cases where a shipment is reported as missing or undelivered, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment as a goodwill resolution after reviewing carrier tracking, proof of delivery, and address confirmation.
- Replacement shipments are provided as a one-time goodwill resolution to complete the original purchase.
- Once a replacement order is issued, the original order is considered fulfilled and resolved. Replacement shipments do not create refund eligibility and are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
- By accepting a replacement shipment, the customer agrees that the replacement fulfills the original order and that no refund will be issued for the original or replacement order.
